Starting therapy can be hard, you shouldn’t have to jump through extra hoops to receive the care you need.

    Matt McDermott, LMHC

I am trained as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, and specialize in adults, teens and couples with ADHD, AuDHD, and Autism, who are trying to navigate through the world. Through both lived experience and professional training, I can help you navigate a world built for neurotypical people.

Most therapy tries to “fix” things that come with ADHD and Autism, so that you mask more and seem more “normal”. I provide neurodivergent affirming care.

SERVICES

Each clinician approaches therapy with their own individual lens. This can look different for each client and we try to individualize this care to meet your needs. We are trauma informed, strengths based and person centered clinicians who value the relationship and trust built with clients above all else.

If you know that you are likely to need frequent extra support outside of scheduled sessions, such as crisis services, we may not be the right fit for you at this time. We disclose this up front to ensure all of our clients are appropriate for the level of care we provide and get their needs met.
